Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of finance-related experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and accounting foundations.
- Expert financial modeling experience with a willingness to analyze details.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and tasks in parallel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., NetSuite, CRMs, or enterprise planning tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, or Hyperion).
- Prior experience in SaaS or M&A is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional management to lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Act as a financial advisor by gaining insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance and assess risk.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Work with large, complex datasets to drive insights on revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and unit economics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support financial decision-making through the analysis of results, forecasts, and trends.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including M&A, fundraising, and various business initiatives.
