Requirements
- Fluency in French (essential requirement).
- Experience in services sales, account management, or technical consulting.
- Ability to build custom-scoped services engagement proposals.
- Knowledge of commercial terms, pricing structures, and invoice processes.
- Experience managing bookings forecasts and reporting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Clari.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects.
- Ability to explain complex technical solution proposals and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform discovery to understand customer current-state, constraints and desired business outcomes.
- Identify standard and custom services to align with customer goals.
- Build custom-scoped services engagement proposals for key strategic customers.
- Explain technical solution proposals and GitLab Services value propositions to account teams and customers.
- Coordinate the closing process and handle commercial terms including pricing and payment structures.
- Update quarterly bookings forecasts on a weekly basis using Salesforce and Clari.
- Coordinate staffing requirements with PS Operations to ensure correct skill, language, and timezone alignment.
