Responsibilities

- Establish and grow relationships with key national and regional accounts, and personally lead the most strategic partnerships.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, pricing, operations, and customer service to build the tools, programs, samples, and support the Pro channel needs to win.
- Develop channel-specific programs (pricing structures, loyalty/incentive programs, trade promotions, quoting and ordering processes) that make Levolor easy to do business with for the trade.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage the channel budget; report on performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Identify and open new segments and geographies as the business scales.
- Represent Levolor at trade shows, industry associations, and Pro-facing events; act as a senior voice for the channel internally and externally.
- Gather and synthesize competitive and market intelligence to sharpen strategy and product positioning.
