Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful production-level full stack ownership.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript in both backend and frontend environments.
- Deep experience building modern web applications using React.
- Experience working with mobile applications (native iOS/Android or React Native).
- Strong experience designing and operating RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL systems.
- Strong AWS experience including Lambda, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, EC2, and IAM.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts such as consistency, caching, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and QA automation.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and clearly communicate technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve end-to-end architecture across web, mobile, and backend services.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-traffic healthcare applications.
- Define and drive adoption of frontend architectural standards, performance, and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain high-performance REST and event-based APIs with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Champion AI-assisted workflows and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement HIPAA-aware and privacy-first designs.
