Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of architectural experience.
- Experience with multi-residential projects is required; retail, commercial, and hotel experience is highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects within Australia.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Understanding of Australian construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual and schematic design phases by providing creative input and design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including construction details and specifications.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants using remote tools.
- Coordinate with team members to integrate design intent across engineering and structural disciplines.
- Manage personal workload to ensure timely delivery of documentation.
- Participate in quality control reviews for accuracy and consistency.
