Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience in staffing, services, or SaaS.
- Exceptional spoken English and articulation suitable for the US market.
- Ability to work US EST hours.
- Proficiency in working leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated and disciplined approach to work without direct supervision.
- Highly coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
- Experience selling to or working with US-based clients is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute phone-first sales to cold call and close US business owners.
- Manage and progress leads provided by the internal lead specialist.
- Utilize CRM and communication tools to effectively move prospects through the pipeline.
- Maintain high standards of consistency in follow-up and lead management.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client needs are met after successful closing.
