Demonstrated experience in search relevance, natural language search, and recommendation systems.
Experience with applying GenAI/LLM technologies on search is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience with ML models, LLMs, LRMs, feature development, model testing and resource management.
Familiarity with A/B testing, incremental delivery, and deployment.
Proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences.
Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.
Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.

Shape and influence the technical direction of projects, ensuring stakeholder needs and high-quality standards are met.
Rapidly prototype and validate project ideas through iterative development cycles.
Balance outcome-driven thinking with critical details to prioritize focus for successful execution.
Define and secure stakeholder alignment on clear, measurable success criteria for AI initiatives.
Assess risks and opportunities proactively and devise mitigation strategies.
Communicate project progress, developments, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
Present outcomes and updates to senior leadership, articulating trade-offs and opportunities.
