Job Details

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
3+ years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, and Lightning.
Proven track record of shipping successful products for enterprise, Fortune 500, or regulated industry customers.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and competitive landscape tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Salto.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling.
Strong perspective on Salesforce AI/ML including Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
Hands-on execution experience including writing PRDs and collaborating directly with engineering and customers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite audiences and write technical specifications.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action.

Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce, including automated security scanning and intelligent deployment agents.
Engage with Fortune 500 customers to diagnose pain points and translate complex enterprise requirements into product solutions.
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while owning backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy and improve competitive win rates.
Conduct competitive audits and identify whitespace opportunities to create new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
