Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Minimum 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, and security models.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise products for Fortune 500 or regulated-industry customers.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security, and compliance.
  • Experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level strategy and technical engineering collaboration.
  • Strong customer discovery and market research capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding areas.
  • Translate complex platform knowledge into enterprise product capabilities including metadata architecture and AI-driven workflows.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps features such as intelligent deployment agents and automated security scanning.
  • Engage with enterprise customers to translate requirements related to compliance, zero-trust architecture, and multi-org environments into solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct customer discovery and competitive research to refine product strategy and market alignment.
