Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, and security models.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling.
- Proven track record of shipping products adopted by enterprise customers in regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, and AutoRABIT.
- Experience defining technical specifications and writing detailed PRDs for engineering teams.
- Strong perspective on the application of AI/ML (Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) in Salesforce development.
- Ability to present product visions to C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, Backup, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva product lines.
- Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers to understand pain points in security, compliance, and multi-org management.
- Lead AI-powered DevOps development using Agentforce, including intelligent deployment and security scanning agents.
- Partner with engineering on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution.
- Track and improve product KPIs such as adoption, NPS, and competitive win rates against major industry competitors.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy and conduct high-level product demonstrations.
