Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative build experience (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules).
  • Current Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certification in Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst.
  • Experience deploying changes from sandbox to production.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirement gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in documenting business processes and technical requirements.
  • Experience in code-first environments (reading code to understand system behavior).
  • Familiarity with cross-system integrations.
  • Ability to work with 3-4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern time.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and build features declaratively including custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
  • Resolve incoming tickets (cases) with high autonomy as part of a triage rotation.
  • Manage project intake, lead discovery sessions, and drive backlog refinement.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into clear, build-ready requirements.
  • Deploy changes from sandbox to production using established DevOps practices.
  • Document system functionality and business processes to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Evaluate technical impact, data integrity, and scalability of proposed solutions across integrated systems.
