Requirements
- Solid professional experience in one of the following SAP specialties: SAP SD with FSCM – Credit Management, SAP TM, or SAP TD.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and solution design principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Fluent or advanced Spanish is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead the identification, analysis, management, and follow-up of business and technical requirements.
- Understand business processes and work closely with users and stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Design solutions aligned with SAP best practices, prioritizing a Standard First approach.
- Configure SAP solutions, conduct testing, and document deliverables.
- Develop functional and technical specifications and coordinate with development teams.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, including SAP Notes research.
- Maintain close relationships with business areas to ensure alignment and approval.
- Apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
