Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business and system analysis within insurance or finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes (policy sales, customer service, claims, renewals, product management).
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) in both spoken and written forms.
- Experience in pre-sales support, including requirement gathering, estimation, and valuation.
- Practical experience in UML and BPMN for process modeling and solution design.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of modern sales processes in online/direct channels for a long-term insurance project.
- Analyze business and system requirements to support software development projects.
- Support pre-sales processes, including requirement gathering, estimation, and preparation of valuations.
- Model business processes and design solutions using UML and BPMN.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify and solve project-related problems.
