Job Details

Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedures.
Strong understanding of discovery, scoping, filing requirements, and jurisdictional nuances.
Proven experience building operational processes and frameworks from the ground up.
Demonstrated experience leading and scaling service delivery teams in legal services or legal technology.
Experience managing third-party vendors supporting filing or operational delivery functions.
Strong project management and process-design capabilities.
Experience partnering with Sales during new-business implementation and handoffs.
Experience working with technical teams in partnership with Product or Technology.
Ability to develop clear documentation, workflows, standards, and training materials.
Experience establishing quality controls, SLAs, and productivity metrics.

Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expanding Creditors Rights accounts.
Design, document, and improve end-to-end workflows from discovery through filing.
Research and monitor jurisdictional filing requirements and procedural nuances.
Build workflows, tools, and training infrastructure to scale the function.
Establish quality-control processes, service-level agreements, and productivity benchmarks.
Manage third-party vendor relationships and monitor filing performance.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to integrate and scale operational models.
