Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in enterprise or managed-services environments.
- Advanced expertise in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, MFA).
- Hands-on AWS administration experience (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, Entra ID, directory synchronization).
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).
- Working knowledge of networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency with PowerShell or other scripting technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, ticketing systems, and change management.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and scheduled after-hours maintenance.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise server, cloud, network, and collaboration infrastructure.
- Build, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services.
- Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch, along with Azure IaaS, Entra ID, and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Automate recurring administrative activities using PowerShell, Bash, or infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Partner with security teams to implement identity, endpoint, and cloud security controls.
- Provide escalation-level technical support for system, cloud, and network incidents within SLA requirements.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and mentor junior administrators.
