Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and AWS.
- Experience with IdP/SSO concepts (SAML/OAuth), provisioning (SCIM/JIT), and Okta administration.
- Experience with MDM platform administration (Jamf, Intune).
- Understanding of security principles like least privilege, secure design, and data protection.
- Experience with automation tools such as Okta Workflows, webhooks, APIs, AWS Lambda, Python, Bash/ZSH, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and version control (Git, GitHub).
- Ability to build project plans and execute to completion without oversight.
- Experience with change management and defining team best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administer identity platforms including Okta, SSO, authentication, and access controls.
- Automate user lifecycle management for onboarding, offboarding, devices, and application access.
- Maintain corporate IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Manage endpoint configuration and security via Jamf and Intune, including patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Enforce SOX auditing and compliance across infrastructure processes.
- Build automation using code and no-code tools to reduce manual toil.
- Apply AI and machine learning to improve operational decision-making.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as runbooks and SOPs.
