Requirements
- 3–5 years of client services or account management experience at a creative, production, or marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously, including complex or high-stakes relationships.
- Comfort navigating nuanced client conversations such as timeline changes, scope discussions, and sensitive feedback.
- Strong communication instincts and ability to frame messaging for alignment.
- Organized, self-sufficient, and capable of managing account loops without constant oversight.
- Beginning to develop commercial awareness and understanding of business implications.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day and strategic communication for an assigned portfolio of mid-to-high value accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across your book.
- Lead regular client touchpoints and handle nuanced conversations with reduced supervision.
- Proactively identify and surface upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities to the VP, Client Services.
- Partner with Project Management to ensure deliverables stay on track and clients are well-informed.
- Translate client feedback into clear, unambiguous internal direction.
- Own handoffs between client-facing and execution teams.
