Job Details

Leadership experience in delivery operations, PMO, resource management, or business operations within professional services or consulting.
Deep understanding of professional services and managed services delivery models and project economics.
Proven experience building demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning processes at scale.
Strong financial acumen, including services forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and variance analysis.
Track record of defining KPI frameworks and improving data quality.
Hands-on experience with professional services automation, CRM, and business intelligence platforms.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.
Familiarity with Certinia and Salesforce is advantageous.
Experience using analytics and automation tooling to reduce administrative effort and improve forecast quality.

Establish and maintain the NoAM Delivery operating model, including management cadences and decision forums.
Govern the sales-to-delivery-to-finance operating lifecycle covering handoff, project setup, and staffing.
Own regional demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce visibility processes.
Partner with Finance to maintain a reconciled view of revenue, utilization, backlog health, and margins.
Define the regional delivery KPI framework and provide executive-ready reporting on portfolio performance.
Serve as the primary operating partner to the NoAM VP Delivery to convert regional priorities into executable plans.
Act as regional business owner for delivery operations requirements in PSA, CRM, and reporting platforms.
