Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant/quantitative disciplines.
- 4+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or related experiences.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience developing business and financial models to support business decisions.
- Proven ability to summarize complex problems into key insights and lead cross-functional outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leaders.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt working hours.
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Prior management consulting experience preferred.
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutions.
- Background in healthcare or benefits strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives with the GTM team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to drive profitable growth.
- Serve as a key thought partner for the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams by providing relevant insights.
- Monitor leading indicators against forecasts and incorporate learnings into booking projections.
- Align with product on the roadmap, develop business cases, and set operating goals.
- Optimize GTM strategy and planning, including territory planning and account assignments.
- Support the development of a scalable operating model and make recommendations on strategic investments.
