Requirements
- Proven experience in consumer, product, lifestyle, tech, or corporate PR.
- Track record of securing brand mentions in top-tier US and/or UK media outlets.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with ability to create polished PR content.
- Strong understanding of media newsworthiness and pitch development.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience working with US and UK consumer, lifestyle, dating, or tech media (advantageous).
- Experience creating and pitching survey-led or data-driven PR stories (advantageous).
- Existing relationships with journalists, editors, and producers in priority US or UK outlets (advantageous).
- Background in media and/or PR agency (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Support Hily’s consumer and product PR campaigns in the US.
- Secure earned media coverage in top-tier lifestyle, consumer, tech, business, relationships, and TV media.
- Develop and pitch original data-driven, expert-led, newsjacking and product stories to relevant media outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and producers.
- Work with Hily’s internal experts to source comments and prepare media materials.
- Write clear, engaging press releases, media pitches, expert comments, briefs, and other PR content in English.
- Maintain media lists, campaign reports, and work on new PR ideas.
- Work closely with product, marketing, social, design, and other teams.
