Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a business-critical production environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Working command of flows, permission architecture, data models, and sandbox release management.
- Hands-on experience building or managing applications with an agentic AI development tool (Claude Code preferred).
- Track record of turning business requests into scoped, documented technical work.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with sales, finance, and customer success teams.
- Clear written communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work remotely from a US-based location with reliable connectivity.
- Bonus: Advanced Salesforce certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder).
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS or workforce management companies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Model Context Protocol connectors and agent permission design.
- Bonus: Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or billing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Configure objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts to streamline GTM operations.
- Collaborate with other departmental Salesforce admins on platform roadmaps, release cadences, and technical debt.
- Maintain healthy integrations between Salesforce, ERP, marketing automation, and billing platforms.
- Manage the lifecycle of internal applications and agents built with Claude Code, including skills, prompts, and connectors.
- Govern AI access rules, audit permissions, and monitor agent usage, cost, and output quality.
- Deliver reports and dashboards to provide a shared pipeline view for sales, partnership, customer success, and finance teams.
- Train users, publish self-service documentation, and maintain system runbooks.
