- Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategically and commercially valuable new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed company sales targets and meet minimum KPI activity levels.
- Contact prospects and customers through email, telephone and face-to-face appointments.
- Attend marketing-led events and exhibitions to engage prospects, and present solutions at internal and external events.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly, record their disposition according to CRM requirements, and use sales enablement tools.
- Create opportunity development plans for target accounts and qualified new business leads.
- Complete CRM and sales documentation accurately and provide timely information to managers and internal teams.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns, telemarketing and event activity.
- Own the management and response content of RFI/RFP processes.
- Understand client-specific development requirements and communicate them internally where commercially appropriate.
