Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, business process improvement, GTM technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, and data flows.
- Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM data models and automation.
- Familiarity with how CRM platforms work with adjacent GTM technologies.
- Experience leading complex technology implementations or transformation programs.
- Ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
- Constructively challenge both business requirements and proposed technical solutions.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging enterprise technology.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, documentation, and improvement of complex end-to-end GTM processes, identifying pain points, root causes, and automation opportunities.
- Help design future-state business processes and translate business objectives into scalable system capabilities and solution requirements.
- Serve as a cross-functional systems integrator, evaluating how processes, platforms, data, and integrations work together across the GTM technology ecosystem.
- Partner with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Data teams to develop cohesive solutions.
- Support and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives such as CRM enhancements, CPQ improvements, and workflow automation.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve productivity.
- Develop clear process maps, capability requirements, solution documentation, and decision frameworks.
- Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to ensure implementation remains aligned to business outcomes.
