Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, asset management, or audit.
- Strong understanding of private fund accounting concepts (NAV, management fees, accruals, cash reconciliation).
- Experience reviewing financial statements and capital activity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently investigate discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes are being built and standardized.
- Strong Excel skills for financial and operational data management.
- Interest in the intersection of traditional fund operations and blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
- Review daily, monthly, and quarterly fund financials, NAV calculations, and reports.
- Monitor fund-level activity including subscriptions, redemptions, cash movements, and management fees.
- Assist with cash and liquidity management and resolve accounting or reconciliation discrepancies.
- Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, and tax providers to support filings and audits.
- Maintain organized records for fund expenses, invoices, and financial activity.
- Support operational workflows involving digital assets and stablecoins.
- Track open operational items and ensure resolution.
