Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Agency Operations, or Project Management.
- Marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience creating SOPs and building operational systems.
- Strong relationship management and commercial instincts.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
- Experience managing or supporting Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience using project management platforms like ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
- Experience managing small remote teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong asynchronous communication habits.
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Drive client success by monitoring campaign and content performance and coordinating internal teams.
- Build, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all service lines.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems using tools like GoHighLevel and Slack.
- Manage and coordinate the current team including specialists, assistants, and creative staff.
- Deliver proactive reporting and maintain visibility into client performance and progress.
