Requirements
- Full-time degree from a recognized institute.
- Experience working on employee expense, travel, and benefits management modules is highly desirable.
- Background in implementation projects, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proven ability to perform system configuration, testing, and data migration.
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing administrative training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid problem-solving and consultative abilities for engaging with stakeholders at large organizations.
- Proven capacity to navigate challenges and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a large team environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and scope implementations by defining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with client-side SMEs to configure, customize, and integrate the SaaS product based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end implementation workflows, including user setup, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training sessions to end-users and administrators on product functionality.
- Deliver ongoing customer support by troubleshooting issues and resolving client questions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Partner with the product team to provide feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
