Requirements
- B.Tech degree in cybersecurity or a related technical field with meaningful security exposure.
- MBA in Information Technology Business Management (ITBM).
- Foundational knowledge of cloud systems, SaaS integrations, and APIs.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills to break down ambiguous problems into tasks, owners, and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills to build trust and maintain progress.
- Ability to learn quickly, ask probing questions, and follow through on commitments.
- Willingness to take ownership of projects and navigate complex decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer goals, systems, and deadlines into clear, actionable milestones.
- Guide customers through tool connection, control activation, and framework alignment within the Sprinto platform.
- Lead progress check-ins, provide written updates, and proactively identify and manage risks.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve customer blockers.
- Identify recurring friction points and document improvements to optimize the onboarding journey.
