Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Merchant Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Bring a strong technical understanding of online payment ecosystems, including APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, processors, and acquirers.
- Understand fraud tools, chargebacks, refunds, captures, and 3DS.
- Have experience with incident management, post-launch technical operations, technical troubleshooting, and client-facing support.
- Be able to analyze logs, dashboards, error patterns, transaction behavior, and operational metrics.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organization, ownership, urgency, and follow-up discipline.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Have experience working with LatAm merchants.
Responsibilities
- Monitor merchant performance, transaction behavior, errors, declines, latency, and anomalies; identify risks before they affect merchants.
- Maintain account-specific dashboards, alerts, and health views for key merchants.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchant questions after go-live and explain technical flows, configurations, integrations, and platform behavior.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Account Management to address merchant needs.
- Triage merchant-reported and internally detected issues, escalate them to the appropriate teams, and track resolution and follow-up.
- Support post-incident follow-up, including impact explanations, corrective actions, and prevention measures.
- Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance, stability, acceptance rates, routing, fraud flows, provider configuration, and processing costs.
- Prepare Merchant Health Reports and maintain documentation of merchant configurations, customizations, providers, integrations, and known risks.
