Requirements
- 8+ years in client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting.
- Experience at a consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture) or enterprise technology company.
- Track record managing complex, high-stakes client relationships with Fortune 500 or enterprise accounts.
- Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence without formal authority.
- Comfort operating and building trust with executive stakeholders (VP or C-suite).
- Strong commercial instincts to shape expansion opportunities.
- Structured problem-solving skills under ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel on-site with clients up to approximately 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level.
- Own the strategic narrative for accounts to keep executive stakeholders aligned.
- Define engagement strategy and roadmap, managing end-to-end execution from SOW to go-live.
- Perform change management including communications, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption measurement.
- Provide honest visibility into account usage, adoption, and satisfaction for internal executives.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Project Managers to map relationships and maintain a unified account plan.
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities to Client Partners to enable commercial growth.
- Translate account insights into internal playbooks to improve delivery processes.
