Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting.
- Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm or in enterprise professional services at a technology company.
- Track record managing complex, high-stakes relationships with Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence without formal authority.
- Ability to operate effectively with executive stakeholders, including VP and C-suite levels.
- Strong commercial instincts with experience in account management.
- Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to build plans under ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to be on-site with clients regularly, up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level.
- Own the strategic narrative for your account, translating multi-year transformation into clear executive-level updates.
- Define the engagement strategy and roadmap, managing execution from statement of work through go-live.
- Manage change initiatives including communications, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption measurement.
- Identify account risks and provide visibility into usage, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Own relationship mapping and lead the account pod as a single voice.
- Coordinate with internal specialists across product, data science, and content teams.
- Surface and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with the Client Partner.
