Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 3 additional years of relevant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer success, solutions engineering, or sales engineering role.
- Experience in cybersecurity technologies and architectures, including SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, and EDR/XDR.
- Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence.
- Expertise with at least one SIEM product (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight) including implementation and optimization.
- Strong grasp of networking concepts, various Operating Systems, and log telemetry (network, identity).
- Proven experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO level).
- Experience using tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the customer's adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity.
- Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO level stakeholders to connect technical usage to business outcomes.
- Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor account usage, create custom dashboards, and make best practice recommendations to prove ROI.
- Engage with Onboarding, Technical Support, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Identify and surface renewal or expansion risks based on data and stakeholder relationships.
- Serve as an internal champion and advocate for customer feature requests and feedback.
