Requirements
- 15-20+ years of experience in enterprise networking and security.
- 10+ years in leadership roles and 5+ years in people leadership roles.
- Proven experience building, scaling, and transforming high-performance teams.
- Experience leading global delivery operations within MSP/MSSP environments.
- Deep technical expertise in networking infrastructure, protocols, and architecture.
- Expertise in SASE, SSE, ZTNA, Identity-first security (IAM, PAM), and Cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC2, HIPAA) and XDR/MDR security operations.
- Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, SIEM, and SOAR.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and LEAN process frameworks.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale high-performance teams of network and security engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
- Develop structured training, certification, and career progression programs.
- Lead globally distributed teams supporting 24x7 managed services and MSSP operations (NOC/SOC alignment).
- Own SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics while driving service delivery maturity.
- Define enterprise networking roadmaps, including physical and virtual infrastructure, cloud networking, and security pillars.
- Serve as an executive leader in client engagements and strategic roadmap discussions.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement using LEAN frameworks.
