Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling cybersecurity, compliance, managed security, or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance requirements, risk management, and the challenges faced by complex enterprise organizations.
- Proven ability to manage lengthy, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close complex enterprise agreements.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and key decision-makers and translate technical or security challenges into business value.
- Experience developing strategic account plans and coordinating sales efforts across specialists and internal teams.
- Strong commercial judgment, self-motivation, and results orientation, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader sales organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be located in the United States, preferably within the Central or Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new enterprise sales opportunities across cybersecurity, compliance, and managed security services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead coordinated account strategies with product-line sales specialists and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the specialist sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level decision-makers, executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessments to understand security, compliance, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Recommend tailored cybersecurity and managed security solutions aligned with customer challenges and strategic objectives.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with marketing, technical pre-sales, customer success, and other internal teams to support successful sales execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cybersecurity industry developments, emerging threats, competitive activity, and market trends to provide informed consultative guidance.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information, customer activity, and CRM records.
