Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Tech Support owning a named account list.
- Hands-on software configuration experience (automations, IVR, phone trees, CRM, no-code tools).
- Technical fluency: capable of reading API docs, understanding webhooks, and self-learning new tools.
- Proven experience carrying a retention, renewal, or upsell target.
- Clear, confident spoken English for live calls with US business owners and clinic staff.
- High-level written English to manage customer emails autonomously.
- Full availability for live calls during US business hours.
- Ability to close loops and test fixes independently.
- Experience in a fast-moving, <50-person startup is a plus.
- Telephony or healthcare front-office/EHR/RCM experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of live accounts, ensuring all onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion goals are met.
- Configure product workflows, including flow builder, prompts, transfer settings, and notification rules.
- Take new customers live by setting up call forwarding, building flows, and testing integrations.
- Run proactive follow-ups on open items and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Protect and grow revenue by spotting churn risks and closing upsell opportunities.
- Document recurring fixes to create scalable internal processes and playbooks.
- Proactively identify and propose opportunities for back-office automation.
