Requirements
- Experienced Occupational Psychologist.
- Background in HR tech or assessment technology.
- Extensive experience in a client-facing, consultant-level role.
- Strong consulting and advisory communication skills with the ability to adapt style across stakeholders.
- Solid data and analytical skills, with comfort working with detail.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Self-sufficient, pragmatic approach to balancing client-facing work with hands-on tasks.
- Chartered Occupational Psychologist (or working towards) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered assessment tools or AI Interview technology is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-scaling technology environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Join initial discovery conversations with clients to understand their hiring needs, existing frameworks and what "good" looks like for them.
- Map client values to the Spotted Zebra taxonomy and build out Role Skills Profiles, using AI tools to support values content creation for feedback reports.
- Engage with hiring managers to translate role requirements into skills profiles, and advise clients on governance.
- Advise clients on hiring flow design, including assessment and interview structure alignment to skills.
- Support clients with scoring rubrics and calibration, including both AI and human components.
- Support customers with data analysis, tracking candidate progression across campaigns.
- Build surveys and quizzes with varied question types and branching logic as part of client implementations.
