Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Significant experience in healthcare IT, technical implementation, engineering, solution architecture, or technical services leadership.
- Proven experience managing or leading technical resources in a customer-facing delivery or professional services environment.
- Strong technical background in integrations, APIs, identity and access management, networking, and cloud/SaaS delivery models.
- Ability to understand and guide implementation decisions across applications, infrastructure, and security.
- Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong people management skills including coaching, delegation, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks to diverse audiences.
- Ability and willingness to contribute hands-on to technical delivery and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical implementation resources across APAC.
- Provide technical leadership across customer implementations of Solventum HIS applications in Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle.
- Represent Solventum Engineering in customer discussions, project governance forums, and escalation meetings.
- Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues, technical risks, and cross-system failures.
- Contribute directly to implementation and troubleshooting activities when required.
