Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity, especially Cloud and SaaS security.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including delivering thought-leadership at conferences.
- Experience interacting with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solution stacks.
- Competitive and market intelligence reconnaissance abilities.
- Understanding of routes to market and experience with partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience in an offensive or defensive cybersecurity role.
- Strong software engineering abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process.
- Mentor and build out the extended technical team in the region.
- Partner with prospects in a technical and educational capacity throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Obsidian solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Assess security needs and determine requirements and alignment of Obsidian solutions to prospect pain points.
- Conduct solution proof-of-value engagements to obtain technical wins.
- Conduct field reconnaissance to provide feedback and insights to product management and engineering.
