Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with complex products.
- Expert-level software design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep expertise in Java 8 and server-side application development.
- Strong experience with J2EE, Servlets, and Filters.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong MySQL knowledge including schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience configuring and tuning Apache Tomcat.
- Understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in technical mentoring.
- Experience with Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software units and modules meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead strategic research, technical design, and architecture decisions for major product areas.
- Design, code, test, debug, and troubleshoot complex software solutions.
- Drive improvements to Product Development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and support less experienced Software Engineers.
- Lead test automation initiatives, planning, and triage to improve quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Marketing stakeholders.
