Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience conducting 360-degree assessments.
- At least two years of experience in talent development support within the last five years.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a legal setting and familiarity with attorney-client privilege is highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop assessment questions tailored to support talent development for OGC personnel.
- Administer 360-degree assessments to collect feedback from superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
- Coordinate with participants to schedule assessments at their convenience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent information throughout the process.
- Provide individualized written and verbal feedback to support leadership and attorney development.
- Assist in generating assessment recommendations for the Deputy General Counsel.
