Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience conducting 360-degree assessments.
  • At least two years of experience in talent development support within the last five years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a legal setting and familiarity with attorney-client privilege is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop assessment questions tailored to support talent development for OGC personnel.
  • Administer 360-degree assessments to collect feedback from superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Coordinate with participants to schedule assessments at their convenience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent information throughout the process.
  • Provide individualized written and verbal feedback to support leadership and attorney development.
  • Assist in generating assessment recommendations for the Deputy General Counsel.
