Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult learning, or employee development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learner engagement techniques.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating both in-person and virtual learning programs.
- Ability to use training technologies, business software applications, and virtual learning platforms effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience creating training documentation, participant materials, and facilitator guides.
- Strong technical writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to command a virtual classroom with confidence and compassion.
- Ability to work an assigned eight-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
- Access to a secure, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive training through instructor-led, virtual, webinar, and blended learning formats.
- Facilitate courses that support operational readiness, system adoption, compliance, and skill development.
- Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles, experience levels, and audience needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure training materials are accurate.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, and other learning resources.
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and guidance to reinforce learner performance.
- Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with standards and confidentiality requirements.
