Requirements
- Significant experience in education and/or education technology.
- Direct experience working at a school district or education agency.
- Proven strength in relationship building with educators at all levels.
- Working knowledge and experience with AI and AI Readiness in school or state-level entities.
- Proven ability to facilitate adult learning effectively.
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables efficiently.
- Ability to present information in a clear, engaging, and compelling manner.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of opportunities and challenges AI poses for schools, AI Literacy, and/or Digital Literacy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to serve as a facilitator on AI Readiness strategies and AI Literacy approaches.
- Lead partnership services including professional development trainings, working groups, and communities of practice.
- Coordinate with the Learning Team and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead data collection and reporting for all partnerships, including grant-related reporting.
- Collaborate across internal departments including Learning, External, and Operations teams to support organizational growth.
