Requirements
- Significant experience in education and/or education technology.
- Proven experience working at a school district or education agency.
- Demonstrated strength in relationship building with educators at all levels.
- Working knowledge and experience with AI and AI readiness in school districts and/or state-level entities.
- Ability to facilitate adult learning in impactful and meaningful ways.
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to turn projects into deliverables efficiently.
- Ability to present information in a clear, engaging, and compelling manner.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
- Oriented towards innovation and experimentation in the realm of AI.
- Knowledge of the opportunities and challenges AI poses for schools and digital literacy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain senior-level relationships with partners to facilitate AI readiness strategies and AI literacy approaches.
- Lead partnership services including professional development trainings, working groups, and communities of practice.
- Coordinate with the Learning Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Tailor organizational offerings to meet specific requirements of partner school districts.
- Lead data collection and reporting for all partnerships, including grant-related reporting.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Learning, External, and Operations to support organizational growth.
