Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a technical support role with a writing component.
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or similar technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve repeatable processes and scalable documentation workflows.
- Solid understanding of Knowledge Base and CMS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with style guides and content standards.
- Strong instinct for consistency and quality.
- Bias toward proposing and driving solutions independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Domain knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (nice to have).
- Experience with AI tools for writing and content workflows (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies (nice to have).
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product teams and stakeholders to draft, edit, and publish accurate product content.
- Develop and improve an AI-assisted workflow for collecting, drafting, and preparing content for publication.
- Maintain well-structured and navigable content for users.
- Strengthen information architecture and terminology to improve content discoverability.
- Build reusable style guides, templates, and contribution workflows to enable scalable content creation.
- Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to reflect new features and changes accurately.
- Identify and propose improvements for documentation processes and automation opportunities.
