Requirements

- Understanding of user experience principles to layout articles intuitively.
- Experience working within fast-paced software development cycles and sprints.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python for API documentation.
- Strong judgment and process documentation ownership.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts.
- Experience in security, identity, or B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user manuals, API guides, release notes, and online help FAQs.
- Follow and maintain company style guides to ensure consistent messaging across all documentation.
- Review existing documentation regularly to identify errors and incorporate new feature updates.
- Analyze customer support data to identify and improve confusing documentation sections.
- Track page views and user ratings to measure and improve document helpfulness.
- Audit systems by testing software directly to ensure accuracy of written instructions.
