Requirements
- 12+ years of technical writing or technical content development experience for enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, policy-based access control).
- Experience applying generative AI/LLM technologies to documentation workflows, including RAG concepts.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git-based workflows, Markdown, and Jira.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming using Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with docs-as-code/CI/CD workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing documentation for technically complex, cloud-native products.
Responsibilities
- Independently explore, configure, and test complex, cloud-native security capabilities to understand functionality.
- Craft high-quality technical documentation including configuration guides, integration instructions, API references, and troubleshooting resources.
- Drive development of documentation for online help systems, release notes, and product feature guides.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate intricate technical details into user-friendly content.
- Own documentation strategy and execution for cloud-native identity and AI security capabilities.
- Design and implement AI-enabled and agentic documentation workflows including RAG-ready content practices.
- Mentor and guide other technical writers to elevate team capabilities.
- Analyze documentation usage and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
