Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical writing experience.
- Experience creating written documentation, tutorials, and training materials.
- Strong resource management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience accessing source code on GitLab and MS Team Foundation Server.
- Proficiency with MS SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
- Technical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, YAML, and JSON.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain technical documentation including system design, architecture, requirements, user guides, and integration guides.
- Develop API developer guides and system-embedded documentation such as tooltips and tutorials.
- Collaborate with teams to gather precise information on deployed systems, tools, and APIs.
- Verify documentation validity through direct access to source code.
- Write, update, and proofread documentation while maintaining standard layouts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational document accessibility guidelines.
- Implement standardized processes, repositories, and visual layouts for internal technical documentation.
