Requirements
- 6+ years in product management, with experience owning a capability or product area end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to define detailed product requirements and write specifications independently.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without a complete spec.
- Strong “doer” mindset, hands-on with details, workflows, and edge cases.
- Experience working with globally distributed / offshore engineering teams.
- Schedule flexibility to overlap with offshore working hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the capability design and definition for incentive program management.
- Own the capability design and definition for provider activation and onboarding.
- Design and document detailed workflows, business rules, edge cases, and data requirements.
- Manage delivery end-to-end including spec writing, backlog grooming, and unblocking engineering.
- Work directly with engineers and end users to ensure designs solve real problems.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity and manage scope conversations with stakeholders.
