Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
- 4+ years of experience leading and scaling a partnership team.
- Demonstrated experience building a partnership program from growth stage into a structured, tiered operation.
- Track record of owning a revenue number tied to partner-sourced pipeline.
- Experience building attribution models and managing commercial terms such as referral agreements and revenue share.
- Deep experience managing enterprise relationships with large institutional partners like Big 4 and AmLaw firms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally across research, content, events, product, and commercial teams.
- Experience running content-led, events-driven, or thought leadership-driven partner engagement programs.
- Proficiency with HubSpot for partner management and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the partnership program across channel/referral, product-enabled, and research/IP motions.
- Build tiered partner frameworks including activation criteria, enablement, and performance metrics.
- Manage and deepen institutional relationships with Big 4 firms, AmLaw firms, and insurance brokers.
- Drive platform adoption through partners by embedding Crux into their deal diligence and transaction workflows.
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across research, content, events, product, and commercial teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports, fostering a culture of operational rigor and commercial accountability.
