Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building from 0-to-1, such as launching new categories or market entry.
- Combined background in two of: consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to navigate large, complex partner organizations independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach to signed agreement.
- Lead independent negotiations with insurance carriers and partners to qualify fit and structure value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnerships to unlock relationships.
- Own post-close partner success to ensure ramp, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing insights on market acceptance to guide product roadmap.
