Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make data-driven, actionable decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs to align with partner goals.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and identify key opportunities for improving business KPIs.
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals to drive expansion with new and existing partners.
- Provide actionable insights and updates to both partners and internal stakeholders.
- Triage and resolve operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams.
